![]() Nearly 200 people LOST THEIR HOMES OF DECADES (most were elderly… many who had been living here for 30+ years with low rents and had dedicated lives and honest plans to die here). The sale was kept a HUGE secret until it changed hands specifically so we couldn’t fight it and try to publicize to the city and the news outlets. I lived here from 2012 until early 2015 when new owners with shiny BMWs suddenly took over and forcefully evicted us and all other residents in building. Anyway, happy home hunting and should you choose Panorama over other locations just know your parents won’t be upset, just disappointed in you!īEDBUG INFESTED, and horiffically unethical staff and management as of Feb 2015 when they kicked all the residents to the curb to double rent. Checkout The Olivian, Première on Pine, Cirrus or look at renting a condo (this is where Zillow comes in handy) at Insigina or Escala (heard they have a cool red room here). My advice… There are so many better properties in downtown that have superior amenities. But when you’re looking at dropping $ 10k for a penthouse you might want to look at somewhere else. I almost pee’d myself from laughing when I heard that but I didn’t cause I’m an adult with superior bladder control. They’re going to have Penthouses for about $ 10k mo coming soon. Oh and here’s another fun fact for you or FF for short. It will be even better in the summer with the windows open cause you don’t have AC. Enjoy hearing all those sirens through your single pane windows. The location is sad right off Boren and next to Virginia Mason Hospital. The reason is this place wants $ 5k for a 2× 2. Perhaps I’m being a little harsh but I think I’m takin it easy. ![]() However, they might get a retro pinball machine so that’ll be riveting. But what does the media room look like you’re asking yourself? Well it looks like uncomfortable IKEA furniture in a room with a TV. I digress… The amenities are lacking as well… Cool they have a pool but it looks like you’re swimming at a Motel 6 in Ohio. Who drinks Chardonnay anyway? I know… The white trash lady who lives in the aforementioned reference to the Kent apartment. Looks like all they did was throw a couple dollars at the kitchen and put a wine fridge in to keep your Chardonnay chilled. Super thin doors and terrible and I mean terrible finish work and quality. Units were small, low ceilings, no air conditioning and honestly ugly. Was told by the leasing agent that they didn’t want to pay the extra $ 3M to bring the windows into the modern century. Oh… And they only have single pane Windows also «original» yet not charming in this case. The pantry looked like something from a cheap apartment complex in Kent (cheap pressed wood painted white). While I can appreciate keeping some of the «original» features they completely went beyond cheap for the renovation for what they are charging. This might be the worst renovation I’ve seen.
